Music defines life

The first ever tunes that i heard was that of my mom's. She used to hum some song into my ears so that i get asleep very soon. There started my love for music without which i feel life would never be complete. Leopold Stokowski says "A painter paints pictures on canvas. But musicians paint their pictures on silence." Very true; what does your mind do when you are in complete silence and what does it do when the silence is replaced by soothing music?. You sure know the difference.
